Byron Rafuse, CEO NSPHA and Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing
Byron Rafuse has 37 years of public service experience, holding positions throughout the years with the departments of Finance, Solicitor General, Justice and Health. He is the Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing and CEO of the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency.
